What We Offer
Our program is proven to develop strength and improve conditioning. We train people we see potential in and people who are willing to commit to a life change for the better, we want to help people, but only those that are willing to help themselves. We will encourage you during your toughest workouts, we will be there to spot you and support you, we will congratulate you on your first pull up as well as sweat and sometimes bleed with you on the gym floor. But we will not do the work for you. You shouldn’t want us to anyway.
Everyone who is a client at CrossFit No Surrender is motivated and there for a reason. Although our program does combine elements of weight lifting and cardiovascular training, its foundation also includes two often overlooked important training principals – body control and desire. All exercises are based on functional movements which can accommodate any level of strength, conditioning, and coordination from professional athletes to beginners. We offer the highest level of instruction and training equipment that is not available at any other facility in the area.
The workouts are always challenging and never boring. All classes and personal training sessions are coached by a Certified Crossfit trainer in a supportive and enthusiastic environment. It doesn’t matter if you’re unfamiliar with CrossFit, we’ll walk you through it and scale the weights and reps if necessary. We don’t care about how well or poorly you perform, as long as you give it everything you’ve got and complete the workout. Simply put, there is no other fitness experience similar to CrossFit No Surrender. We are unlike any traditional gym or health club that you have ever encountered.

Saturday is a team WOD day. Don’t worry if you can’t bring a teammate. We will match you up with someone.

All Gyms are about gains and losses. Your choice affects your gain and your loss. I’ve lost more than 25lbs and kept it off for years. I’ve gained better health for my family, mentally and physically. I’ve gained great friendships in and out of the gym. But no one gains or loses without commitment, and here, it starts with the owner, coaches, and trickles down from the oldest to the newest members. Want real gains and real losses where they count. I wanted to do CrossFit for a long time, but I was scared and never thought I would be capable of doing it. I am thankful every day that I decided to start. I have never walked in a gym where the coaches and members supported you no matter what you were doing. If you thought you can’t, everyone makes you believe you can. Every single coach truly cares and encourages you to be the best you can be. I feel better now in my 30’s than I did in my 20’s, not only physically, but mentally as well. I don’t know if it is the great coaching, the challenging workouts, or the other members that push you to do your best, but there something special at this gym that changes you from the inside out. Not only do I enjoy working out much more than I ever did, I am less stressed, more focused and confident, and have made friends in this gym that have become like family.
