Our program is proven to develop strength and improve conditioning. We are selective in who we train though. We train people we see potential in and people who are willing to commit to a life change for the better, we want to help people, but only those that are willing to help themselves. We will encourage you during your toughest workouts, we will be there to spot you and support you, we will congratulate you on your first pull up as well as sweat and sometimes bleed with you on the gym floor. But we will not do the work for you. You shouldn’t want us to anyway. Everyone who is a client at CrossFit No Surrender is motivated and there for a reason. Although our program does combine elements of weight lifting and cardiovascular training, its foundation also includes two often overlooked important training principals – body control and desire. All exercises are based on functional movements which can accommodate any level of strength, conditioning, and coordination from professional athletes to beginners.

The workouts are always challenging and never boring. All classes and personal training sessions are coached by a Certified Crossfit trainer in a supportive and enthusiastic environment. It doesn’t matter if you’re unfamiliar with CrossFit, we’ll walk you through it and scale the weights and reps if necessary. We don’t care about how well or poorly you perform, as long as you give it everything you’ve got and complete the workout. The learning curve is fast and steep and you WILL get better at it, but you have to keep climbing to make progress. If you quit, you’re wasting your time and ours. Don’t be a pussy…. cat

About Shane Venezia

In search of a challenging and rewarding career, I wanted to combine my U.S. Army training, my experience as an athlete in strength and conditioning training, as well as my interests in kinesiology and nutrition. I completed my International Fitness Association certification and became a personal trainer in 2008. I was accustomed to the “traditional” gym experience where sets and reps were all that mattered. An hour of weights and 45 minutes of cardio became my comfort zone and I thought I was in shape. I spent years lifting weights with very good results, but it wasn’t until I discovered CrossFit that I began realizing my body’s full potential. Within weeks of trying the workouts, I was hooked. So much so that I knew I wanted to open my own CrossFit affiliate and share my knowledge and experience. Now, I’m realizing my dream and helping people look and feel better along the way.

Pricing and Policies

Membership Types:

  • Drop in class: $30
  • Month to Month (Please call for pricing)
  • 3 Month (Please call for pricing)
  • 6 Month (Please call for pricing)
  • All Military,LEO, First responders receive 10% discount
  • ALL 3 and 6 month memberships must be paid in FULL
  • ALL NEW MEMBERS will have to take TWO fundamental classes

LATE FEE POLICY:

  • If YOU are 5 days late there will be a $20 late fee added to your membership
  • If YOU are 10 days late there will be a $40 late fee and you will be locked out of the site.
  • Late fees are as following $20 by COB of 5th day late, $40 by the 10th
